Let's work together! This form is your first step in requesting an appointment. Please fill this out with as much detail as you can - that will help me to understand exactly what you're looking for. If I feel that the project is a good fit, I will contact for further info and to either directly book you for an appointment or to schedule you for a consultation.

Please note that at this time, I am only taking projects that I feel are best suited for me and fit my creative ability best. This ensures I can give you the best tattoo possible! If I decide to take on the project, you can expect an email back within a few days regarding my books. Please make sure to read the FAQs.

*I am currently NOT taking colour projects at this time so I can focus primarily on Black and Grey.
